Domestic assault >> On Sept. 16 police responded to a domestic incident that got physical in East Marlborough Township involving a 24-year-old and a 55-year-old male. The accused was placed into custody and taken to the police barracks for processing, police said.

Theft >> Someone stole a chain saw and a load buster from a location in Franklin Township overnight on Aug. 23, police said.

Gas Station collision >> A driver attempting to leave the Wawa gas station area on Route 41 in London Grove Township clipped another car that was parked and getting gas on Sept. 1 at 9:55 a.m. The striking vehicle fled but was reported was reported to be an Enterprise box truck, police said.

No license >> A 27-year-old male was found to have an unlicensed firearm in his car and the odor of marijuana in the vehicle on Route 1 at Route 896 on Oct. 4 at 3:34 p.m., police said.


DUI >> Robert Francis Damico, 55, of Lincoln University was arrested for DUI on Crowl Toot Road in Lower Oxford on Oct. 28 at 11:48 p.m., police said.

Unauthorized auto use >> Someone known to police used a vehicle without permission in the 600 block of Street Road in Londonderry Township on Oct. 25 in the late morning or early afternoon hours, police said.

DUI >> Gary Jay Meekins Jr. of Kirkwood was found to be DUI in Penn Township on Oct. 11 at 12:12 a.m., police said.

Criminal Mischief >> Someone spray-painted the roadway in the shape of a possible monkey in the area of the 300 block of Arrowhead Court in Pocopson Township overnight on Oct. 22, police said.

DUI >> Mallorie Grace Montague, 24, of West Grove was found to be DUI while she was involved in a single vehicle crash when she hit a utility pole on Route 896 north of Good Hope Road in Franklin township on Oct. 17 at 2:03 a.m., police said.

Drug possession >> Haruko Taylor Lewis, 27, of Pennsylvania was found to have a small amount of marijuana in her car on Route 1 in Kennett Township on Oct. 12 at 11:56 p.m., police said.

Crash and DUI >> Richard Aurite, 35, of Oxford crashed into a car on Baltimore Pike west of Constitution Drive in Pennsbury Township on Aug. 2. He then fled. He was later located nearby passed out behind the wheel from an apparent opioid overdoes from Fentanyl and Norfentanyl. Police administered four doses of Narcan, police said.

Theft >> Someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill at King’s Mechanical Services in the 5000 block of Upper Oxford Township on Oct. 25 in the afternoon, police said.

Assault >> Police were called to an incident involving a possible assault of a 4-year-old boy in Penn Township on Oct. 26 at 11 a.m. The case was forwarded to CYF, police said.

Firearms and Drugs >> Jose Luis Lopez-Duran, 23, was stopped for an inoperable brake light in the 1000 block of Gap-Newport Pike in West Fallowfield Township on Oct. 2 at 10:52 p.m. He was found to be in possession of a gun without a license and in possession of a large amount of marijuana and paraphernalia, police said.

Terroristic Threats >> Two men, one 31 and the other 65 go into a fight in Landenberg on Aug. 13 at 10:30 a.m. They declined to press charges against each other, police said.

deer hit >> James Chieffo, 29, of Coatesvbille hit a deer on Doe Run Road in West Marlborough Township on Oct. 18 at 2:35 a.m., He was not injured, police said.

theft >> Someone stole a vehicle that had been left in the driveway with the car running in the 300 block of West Christine Road in West Nottingham Township on Oct. 28 in the early morning hours, police said.

Criminal Mischief >> Three vehicles in a driveway in the 200 block of Ashmun Avenue in Lower Oxford Township were vandalized on Oct. 28 in the early morning hours, police said.

Burglary >> Someone stole multiple items from a home in the 20 block of Apple Drive in West Nottingham Township between Oct. 20 and 28, police said.

Retail Theft >> Robert Joseph Muscella, 18, of Oxford took an Xbox controller and tried to leave Walmart in East Marlborough Township without paying on Oct. 28 at 2:05 p.m. He was taken into custody and issued a warrant, police said.

Burglary >> Someone cut the lock on a storage container and stole 80 car batteries in the unit block of Fairville Road in Pennsbury Township between Oct. 9 and 16, police said.
